Available June 14th - Application Fee: $50 per person over the age of 18 that would be living there. All persons over the age of 18 must have an application submitted in order for the screening process to begin.

Pet Fee's and Guidelines: $250 non-refundable pet fee PER PET. (Max of 2 pets) $20 per month per pet for pet rent. Pet's must be house broken, up to date on shots and non-vicious.

**Refrigerator DOES NOT come with the rental of the home.
