FURNISHED room in great condition are available in the house located in the historic northeast, close to Kansas City University. 
There are thre rooms with skylights on the second flor with shared bathroom.
I'm open to females only, one person per room.
This rent by the room will give you access to the entire house including the living room, family room, kitchen with everything needed to cook, laundry room with washer and dryer, and parking spots.
Common area with nice, modern furniture, every bedroom has bid closet and queen-size bed with comfortable mattress.

Wi-Fi throughout the house.

 Background and credit checks are required. An application fee of $30 and one month's rent for a security deposit is required.
