This rent by the room will give you access to the entire house including the living room,
family room, kitchen with everything needed to cook, laundry room with washer and dryer, and parking spots.

Common area with nice, modern furniture.
Wi-Fi throughout the house. 

Four covered parking spaces and 1 uncovered in the rear of the house. 
No pets allowed.

I'm open to a male or female renting this space. I expect these rooms to fill up fast, so don't wait!
