The Un-blue-lievably Cute Favorite - Sorry ya’ll, it’s unlike me to pick favorites but this 1BR/1BA might take the cake- it’s also unlike me to start with an apology BEFORE going off in my feelings- so here- a list of things I just can’t/won’t get over: the floors?? The ceiling details?? That pristine, vintage kitchen with blue cabinets that PERFECTLY COMPLEMENT that icy, glam-ass bathroom??

It really is a serene little setup that I’m getting cartoonishly hyped about! I mean- the light those windows let in?? I want my best friend to live here but they’re already mid-lease right now!! Ugh-- their loss is your gain!

APP STUFF:
Our application checks that your credit is decent. It does NOT need to be perfect, but we need to see that you pay your bills on time and as agreed. We’re also checking that you’ve been a good tenant in the past (providing this isn’t your first place), and lastly, we want to see that you’re financially sound.

We accept 2 cats or 1 dog up to twenty pounds, pet rent additional. If you have a lizard or something small like that that floats your boat, they be rent free.
