Our 2 bedroom apartments feature recently updated appliances, floors, counter tops, and cabinets, Washer and dryer hookups and extra storage located in basement.
MUST have good Landlord history, NO evictions OR landlord judgments, basic background and criminal checks during application process. Landlord judgments MUST be paid off. Include recent pay stubs, drivers license, and $35 application fee per adult upon receiving applications. Lease is for 12 months. Accepts Section 8.
