The downstairs also has a family room and two bedrooms along with a 3/4 bathroom. The dryer and washer are located in the downstairs bathroom but are included.

There is a two stall garage that includes plenty of light, a work bench and a heater. The garage has easy access to the fenced in yard along with the road to pull your vehicle(s) in.
