Subletting because I want to move for my job. I would prefer subletting starts in May but I am flexible.
2 blocks from Target and Dinky Town strip of restaurants. 10-15 min walk to center of campus and the gym.
Large bedroom with a large double door closet.
Large living room with 2 large closets.
Electric range.
Clean refrigerator.
Microwave (it is in the closet, I don't use it).
AC Unit.
The optional garage parking is an additional $100 a month. This is a shared two person stall.
Communal laundry unit is in the basement.
Utilities $30 a month.
Would consider leaving my bed and/or desk if you so desire.
