Our pet policy is that we allow 3 pet options: a) one dog; b) one dog and one cat; c) two cats. We charge a monthly pet rent of $40 monthly pet rent per pet. Cats must be spayed/neutered.

Rent based on a 12-month lease. Security deposit equal 1 month's rent. Short-term leases available. $75 extra per month for leases less than 12 months.
