About Summer sublease available!
Hi! I am looking for a female to sublease my private room in a four bed two bath apartment at floco and near Dinkytown and the U of M for the summer! The price can be negotiable, but rent is $715 per month, and the only utilities you have to pay for is electric and gas which is usually $20-$30 per month! The room would be unfurnished but the rest of the apartment is fully furnished. It's available mid May through August 20, 2021. Message me for more information!
