Hello! My roommate and I will be studying abroad in the spring of 2023. We leave on January 10th and are hoping to find one or two people to sublease our rooms until mid May 2023. Very good location right in dinkytown. We also share a bathroom so there is one available that could be used by two people. We have two other roommates who will be living here in the spring in their own separate rooms (the two girls on the right in the last pic). They are both very nice and easy going! Our rooms are unfurnished but I would be willing to leave my bed frame and desk if that is needed!
