Hi! I have a private unfurnished room and a shared bathroom (shared by 2 others) in a house with 5 other housemates (UMN students) available for rent immediately for a lease ending on July 31, 2024 for $390 excluding utilities.

The utilities including electricity, water, gas, internet and cleaning supplies are variable ($70 - $100 depending on usage). The private room is in a big house close to the UMN East Bank Campus and comes with a washer-dryer and other shared amenities.
