Hello! I am looking to sublease my bedroom in a 4 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment. Ir is fully furnished. You would be sharing a bathroom with a guy, but the other two people in the apartment are girls. All 3 are college students. Rent is $635 per month per person and if you want to add a parking spot, that would be an extra $80 per month on top of the base rent of $635.
