2) No multiple/ repeat collections due for gas, electric, and phone bills. Past bankruptcy, medical bills, student loans dues may be acceptable after review.
3) Employed currently at least for 3 months and min 24 months in 36 months and/ or have verifiable source of alternative income or assistance
4) No Evictions or Criminal record. Minor police violations can be reviewed for approval, as long as qualify for income and other general requirements.
5) Individuals with not so perfect credit, or minor background issues can be evaluated for possible approval depending employment, historical income and cosigner etc.
6) Cosigner can be used to meet income requirements
