The Waters Center is a newly remodeled mixed use building in the middle of downtown Grand Rapids. The building contains 44 newly constructed apartments on the 5th and 6th floors of the North Tower. Originally constructed as the largest furniture showroom in the world, the building now contains a 110 room Hilton Homewood Suites Hotel occupying the South Tower, a variety of commercial office tenants on floors 2-4 North, and a mix of retail, office, and banking on the main floor including The Sundance Grill, Jamnbean Coffee Shop, West Michigan Community Bank, LoMiz Hair Salon and others. The building is only a few steps from all Grand Rapids has to offer.
