Hi all! I am in need of someone (preferably a girl) to sublease my bedroom in a 4b/4b apartment at University Edge this summer from May-July 31st and you could extend your lease after that date. University Edge has a Boba tea shop, an outdoor pool just for residents, a spacious courtyard, a free gym you can use at anytime, study spaces as well as private spaces with friends or for yourself, vending machines, a huge social/game room, free parking and you will live on the first floor which is super convenient. There's also a pub being built which is supposed to open in the fall.

You have your OWN private bathroom, a spacious room including a desk, mattress, as well as a walk in closet.
