- Our three-bedroom townhomes on Longyear Avenue are beautiful and spacious. Along with the three bedrooms is a bath and a half. Plus a full-size in unit washer and dryer, large kitchen, refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher. These units also include plowed parking. We also take care of the landscaping and mowing the lawn in the summertime. We even pay for the heat, hot water, water and sewer. These units are close to NMU and Jacobetti Center. We have full-time maintenance to take care of anything that might come up.
