Streamside Townhomes - The Streamside Townhomes are located in a quiet neighborhood off Commerce Drive in Marquette Township. These townhomes offer 1,024 square feet of living space. You will have access to our 24-hour fitness center here on site, your own washer and dryer, and private patio.

There is a cleaning fee of $240 that would be due along with the security deposit of $1080 at lease signing.

We also accept some pets with certain restrictions. These were completed in the fall of 2010.

Streamside does require a minimum annual income of $24,000 to qualify.
