No evictions, No landlord/tenant judgments with past 7 years. Must pass credit, criminal, and landlord reference. No major collection No active bankruptcies Utilities must be put in applicants name before move in. Must be employed by current employer for 4+ months Anyone over the age of 18 must fill out a separate application. Security Deposit = $1000 SD pay plan. $500 down, $250 per month for next two months in addition to rent. Total household income must be 3 times the rental amount $50 application fee Homes are rented as-is. If you need an amenity that is not included the home at the time of lease signing, we will not add it after you move in.
