Each room is furnished with a Twin XL bed and mattress, 4-drawer dresser, a desk, and a chair along with closet space. Your Rent covers all of your day-to-day utilities as well as WIFI that has recently been upgraded. You will find several community men's bathrooms throughout the home and those spaces along with the common areas are cleaned 2xs/week.

The 604 S State is the chapter of the Beta Theta Pi Fraternity who have been on campus for over 150 years and their home is a Dry location which means NO social events with alcohol are involved. In addition, it is a smoke-free, substance-free, and alcohol-free home and they have an on-site Resident Adviser to assist with any day-to-day concerns, questions, and assistance. You will not be involved in any of the Chapter's events, social or others, and you will not be financially responsible for any of those charges.
