Hey everyone! We're subletting our 4 bed, 4 bath cottage in a college housing complex - Each room has its own private bathroom and rent is just $510/month per room, which is lower than the current rate!

Looking for someone to take over our whole unit - could be a group of 4, a single renter, or a family! The lease runs from July 16 to August 15. You'll save about $60 a month since the rate is lower than what they're charging now. It's one of the red cottages (like the one in the photo)!
