- A well-loved 1000 sq foot house for rent--beginning February 1 - April 15 or 30 (move out is somewhat flexible). Owners are two college professors and artist/writers who will be away and looking for a perfect person or couple who will love and respect our home. One small well-behaved pet welcome with permission.
- The house has a living room, kitchen, office and bathroom with shower downstairs, one bedroom and bathroom with tub upstairs. We block off use of one extra room upstairs for our personal storage.
- Washer/dryer in basement.
- House is old so it has funky sloped floors, VERY steep stairs, and LOW ceilings.
- There is off-street parking for ONE CAR ONLY. The house sets back off the street and shares a right of way with a building in front.
- There is a small deck and outdoor area which is lovely in spring.
- Home is furnished with everything you need--kitchen supplies, microwave, linens, etc..., but there is NO dishwasher and NO television.
- There are lots of books and art around (we are both writers and artists) and we ask that you care for these things as if they were your own.
- About a ten minute walk to MECAD and Old Port
- Rent includes internet, gas (heat) electric and water--however if the electric or gas goes over an allotted amount you will be asked to pay the difference.
- NO SMOKING!
