Please note there is a $35 application fee per application to apply for this unit. The following minimum requirements must be met in order to qualify for this unit:

β€’ Credit score of 680 or higher
β€’ No Criminal History
β€’ No Bankruptcy
β€’ Proof of income that you/total household makes 2.5 times the monthly rent (For example-If the unit is $1,000/month you must show that your combined household income before taxes is $2,500/month).
β€’ Copy of Government Issued I.D. (Example- Driver's License, State ID, Passport etc.)
