• Once your application and supporting documents are received via email, a member of our Leasing Team will email you a link from Square Invoicing that will allow you to pay your application fee online with a debit or credit card.

Please note there is a $20 application fee per application to apply for this unit which is itemized as $18.00 for the tenant screening (credit/criminal check) and $2.00 for the processing fee for the application fee invoice provided to you by Square.
