Looking to share my large split ranch home, available at the beginning of April. This home features 2 living areas, a large kitchen, 2 decks (one screened-in). It's on a quiet dead-end street on the outskirts of Lewiston, close to Bates college.

Rent includes... (This space is for 1 person only) Private bedroom, shared spaces in the house. All utilities other than cable included as well as high-speed internet, washer/dryer provided. Again only looking for 1 housemate.

Garage space for a car w/opener available for an extra cost.

You must be clean and a non-smoker. Must pass a Background and credit check. I do have cats and a small dog. Application, background, and credit is $45. 1st month and security deposit (equals one month rent) due prior to moving in. This is a year lease.
