This basement bedroom is available in a beautiful single family home in Silver Spring, MD close to public transportation and walking distance to both downtown Silver Spring and Takoma Park, MD. The rental also offers a private entrance, a private bathroom, access to laundry and a gorgeous big back yard and outside deck. There is also off street parking available. The house is a short walk away from Sligo Creek where there are walking and biking trails as well!

The tenant will have a shared kitchen with a family of three. My kids (13 and 9) are with me every other weekend and we are a fun, laid back, and respectful crew! There will be a microwave, hot plate, minifridge and a sink downstairs for tenant to use as well. Renter must be willing to share laundry and ping pong area space. Friendly dogs are welcome! We have one dog (Sparky) that lives with us full time, and another (Chuy) that is with us on weekends. Kind, responsible, friendly, respectful, and tidy individuals should only apply!!
