My home is minutes from WPI, Assumption College, UMass Chan, Worcester State University and many others if you check out the location. Rent is 700 per month. First and last months rent is required. We are also located by major hospitals in Worcester if professinals are interested as well. I expect clean, quiet, respectful students and or professionals. Meeting parents or guardian is a must unless age 21 or older. There is a huge driveway for parking, extremely quite and safe neighborhood. No one other than the renter is allowed in the home. Utilities included are heat and hot water, Wi-Fi, central air and electricity. There are 3 full bathrooms available. Laundry privlages and possible use of the kitchen will depend on the student or professional. Please include ypur name, email and school info if attending. No pets. Owner has a puppy.
