We have a room (bedroom with full bed and large desk, separate sitting area, full bath) on a separate third floor in a large private home that we are offering in exchange for childcare. We are located in Lincoln MA, near the elementary school, and 0.5 miles to the commuter rail into Boston. Gym/pool membership included.

Seeking proactive, energetic and reliable caregiver for three kids. Includes engaging and playing with kids (including driving to activities), meal prep and cleanup for family, errands and light housekeeping. Core hours are M - F from 2:30 p.m. to 6:15 p.m. We can provide additional hours if you are also open to working mornings or later into the evening, and/or can cover some weekend slots. First 12 hours per week of childcare in exchange for room; additional hours paid at a rate of $20-30 / hr depending on experience. We are looking for 20-35 total hours per week.

Must genuinely love kids, have prior childcare experience (including caring for multiple young kids) with references, strong driver with own transportation (we provide car for driving kids), vaccinated, non smoking.
