Looking for male student at UML to sublet, Jan 2022 to July 31, 2022. Two UML music students currently living in two other bedrooms in unit. New kitchen with full appliances, DW, Stove, microwave, W/D, toaster oven. LR and kitchen furnished. Close walk to East campus/North campus.
We are paying $700 per month. Due to health issue, had to withdraw this semester. Would subsidize, and you would pay $500/month. Current roommates and owner would have to approve of any student. See photos on Zillow
