Full bathroom is upstairs, and the washer and dryer are in the basement. The $775 rent includes the monthly water bill; electric, gas, and internet are paid additionally (split with the other tenants). No pets allowed, unfortunately. Sublease can begin as early as March and the rest of the lease is until August 2021 (you can renew independently).
