The kitchen is open to the large dining room, which makes it easy for everyone to gather and chat while meals are being prepared.

Rounding out the ground-floor is a full bathroom and also a den with a sleeper sofa, allowing it to double as an extra bedroom if needed.

Upstairs is another full bath and three bedrooms, including a spacious Primary suite with a full bath and access to a private deck. For your comfort, there are four air conditioning splits throughout the house including in the primary bedroom.
