I am a female grad student looking for 1 or 2 housemates to share my lovely home in Chicopee right off the highway exit. Current two housemates are moving out. Looking for preferably non-male housemates who are either non-traditional ugrads, grad students, or young professionals--LGBT friendly. I have a very friendly dog and no other pets are allowed per the landlord. The house is in a walkable neighborhood and we have a huge yard with three raised garden beds you can do whatever you want with (I don't have the bandwidth to garden!). The house gets a lot of sunlight and has central heat and AC. The bedrooms for rent are 11.2ft x 13ft and 11.6ft x 9.7ft for $697 each. If you rent the smaller room, you can have a good portion of the breezeway room which is quite large. I am also happy to rent to just one other person if you are fine to split the rent $1045 each and each get two rooms (one being half the breezeway). We have an eat in kitchen, large living room, 1 full bathroom, and a HUGE basement that has a washer--currently looking to get a dryer. We have a very attentive landlord who is super nice and helpful. Chicopee has city electric which is only about $60/mo total, internet is $45/mo total, and gas ranges around $110/mo (my current housemates like to keep things warm).
