Parkview Apartments Pre-Approval Application - Welcome to our pre-approval application for Parkview Apartments.

All applicants are required to fill out an application, which includes a background and credit check. We do look for a credit score of 650 or higher and income to meet 3 times more than monthly rent. We also require a 1-year lease and first month’s rent and security for move-in.
