My home is located in a beautiful location on Moreland Street. There are bedrooms available. My home is minutes from WPI, Assumption College, UMass Chan and Worcester State University. Rent is 700 per month. First and last months rent is required and non refundable. I expect clean, quiet, respectful students and or professionals. Meeting parents is a must if you are under the age of 21. There will be no smoking, drinking or cooking in the house. There will be no kitchen available. There is plenty of offstreet parking available. No one other than the student is allowed in the home. Utilities included are heat and hot water, Wi-Fi, AC and electricity. There are two full bathrooms available. The student will be able to utilize the microwave and laundry. You are welcome to purchase a mini fridge for your room. Rooms are furnished. Please include the college or university you are attending or your profession. No pets allowed as the owner has a cat. Rooms are avaiable starting November first.
