We own a colonial home with 2 bedrooms available for students to rent. Beautiful and safe area of Worcester with a large driveway and nice yard. Must meet parents prior, there are 2 bedrooms, must be a full time student, 650 per month per person person. Firsts month and last month up front which is not refundable but used for the last months rent. We are in our seventies and expect well behaved students; Meeting parents are not necessary if over 21 and working. We are minutes from Assumption college, Worcester Polytechnic Institute and Worcester istate University. Heat, hot water and electricity are included. The bedrooms are adjacent to the full bathrooms. Medical professionals and or students are welcomed also. We also are close to Saint Vincent's hospital, UMass hospital and UMass memorial. Rooms are newly renovated. We also have a room with a separate exit and entrance to our home for males and or females available as soon as needed, rooms are not limited to students, they are available to anyone responsible, clean and respectful, male or female.
