It's a newly renovated house which comes furnished with a bed and desk in the bedroom and furniture in living room & kitchen. It's located 2.5 blocks from Hillel and a block away from Maple Street restaurants and shops. The house will be basically empty in the summer other than one other sub-letter. House has 3 bathrooms. Rent does not include utilities. The rent is $1350 per month, but VERY NEGOTIABLE.
