Hello, I'm looking for a subletter from August 2022 to May 2023. That is the whole academic year, but could also just be either fall or spring only.
Great location just 1 block away from campus (right behind Sharp). The house is fully furnished and you have the option of purchasing the furniture in the room itself. House also has a big patio in the backyard with a fire pit and big driveway.
This is one of the bottom rooms of the house with easy access to the bathroom. It's a 5 person house, 2 on the bottom and 3 upstairs.
The rent for the room is $900/month including utilities.
