The Italianate style classical revival was built c. 1890. After various uses and modifications, the property was acquired and returned to its intended form of elegance. Opening in 2015, the Townhomes at Saint Anna offers apartment homes each with private courtyards and off-street parking. The historic restoration included re-milling existing heart-Pine flooring and fully restoring and repairing plaster molding and medallions. The interior finishes introduce a contemporary aesthetic while honoring the classic architecture.
