Walking distance to Tulane Law School and grocery store. The Apartment is fully furnished and you have the option of purchasing the furniture in the room itself. The apartment has an outside screened porch and small back yard area.
This is a 3 person apartment with 2 bathrooms.
The rent for the room is $825 a month not including utilities.
