A group of 4 friends would sign the lease together for the whole apartment.

The entrance to this apartment is from the side of the house. 5939 is the front apartment (and has already been rented)
Downstairs has a foyer, large living room, and kitchen including all appliances (washer and dryer- NOT coin - as well). Upstairs has 4 very large bedrooms, a hallway bath and an additional bath connected to one of the bedrooms. No off-street parking is assigned to this unit.
Great shared back yard and patio.

Hardwood floors throughout, high ceilings, central air/heat. Beautiful original fireplaces (not functional) in living room and all bedrooms.
Every bedroom can be accessed without going through another bedroom.
Stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer and dryer are all provided and maintained.
I provide the lawn/yard care.
Tenants pay all utilities.
A one year lease is required with the first month's rent and one month security deposit due at lease signing. Pets are considered individually with an additional pet deposit required.
