This apartment is close to French Quarter and City Park area and is walking distance to the St. Roch Market and New Orleans Food Co-op Grocery Store. Current tenant is in her late 30's and is a graduate student studying Ceramics at Tulane University. She is almost always at school during the week and/or weekends. She is studious, respectful of others, and very dedicated to her artistic endeavors. Sorry no pets allowed due to allergies!
