The Boheme de Marigny is a fully licensed and registered guesthouse in the Marigny Triangle. There are 3 separate suites with 3 private bathrooms and 2 full kitchens in the Creole Cottage (circa 1810) and 2 bedrooms and 2 baths in the Back House - a separate home built in the garden area (circa 1940). I have lots of availability from August to October and potentially beyond.
Both houses are fully furnished and include all utilities. Pricing and deposit are negotiable particularly if you are willing and able to lend a hand tending the property.
The Marigny is a lovely, leafy, safe, and colorful neighborhood -- right on the back of Frenchman Street and steps from the French Quarter.
