Electric needs to be transferred to tenant’s name. The number for Kentucky Utilities is 1.800.981.0600.

Water needs to be transferred to tenant’s name. The number to Kentucky American Water Company is 1.800.678.6301. Make sure that Kentucky American Water signs you up for LexServ (Sewer).

Tenant is responsible for the yard work. For an additional $75 per month throughout the lease term, our company will mow it during the summer months.

Trash runs weekly on Tuesdays.

You are responsible for internet if you choose to sign up. You may use any internet service provider that you prefer. Some of the companies we have in the area are Spectrum, Windstream, and MetroNet. You would need to sign up for this yourself.

We allow pets at this property with a one time, non-refundable fee of $375, as well as a recurring monthly fee of $75. ALL pets must be approved before move in and screened through FirstPlaceProperties.petscreening.com.

Parking permits to park in the back parking lot are $175 per lease term per permit. The parking lot is monitored by the tow company. If you choose to do street parking, you would need to contact LexPark at 859.231.7275 for details.
