Hello. I have a spare bedroom available in the Germantown neighborhood. The bedroom is the larger of the two. Bathroom is shared. Washer and dryer in apartment. Utilities included. No pets allowed. UofL is <10 mins in vehicle and about 20 mins on bicycle. I have a side yard and backyard with a garden. Bedroom has a couch with a pull-out bed that may be used if so desired. Otherwise the couch will be moved to the living room. I currently am in school for computing coding. I work in micro-mobility and pick up shifts in the restaurant industry. I am a introvert who prefers peace and quiet. Hope to find someone who is the same and wants to collaborate meals (Ex: Large pot of soup, bread-making, salads etc)
