Utilities split between other college roommates for electric, gas and internet/cable. Provided with rent is water and trash service.

Washer, Dryer, stove, sofa, kitchen table & chairs, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator & basic kitchen stuff (plates & eating utensils).

Parking off street & NO ANIMALS!

Rent paid at the first of every month. $200.00 deposit. Term of rent will end 5/31/22 (semester end).

Application, rental contract and copy of drivers license needed as well as vehicle plate number.
