About KU Student Housing - The Nest
I am looking for someone to relet my lease agreement for a 1 bedroom with attached private bathroom in a 4-bedroom apartment at The Nest, near KU.

If you take over my lease, you will be able to choose any of the 4-bed options and save money. I paid the $275 redecoration fee and the first month's rent of $556.
I will fill out the relet form through The Nest then you complete an application through The Nest which will take over my lease, saving you over $800.
