This is also the last unit available at Campus Edge that is a Deluxe room!

With all this included and parking the rent is $1440 or $1365 (depending on parking), this is about $200 less than what they usually go for!

Also, this price includes a parking spot in the Chauncey garage (less than 5 min walk typically). If the parking is not necessary, I am willing to keep the spot and pay that fee which would bring the monthly cost to $1365!

I am also offering to pay the first month of rent, and the application fees (this would be a total of $1590 in savings)
