West Colonial 1 Bedroom - LARGE - This unit offers 1-Bedroom and 1-Bath. It has a stove, refrigerator, garbage disposal, ample closets and air conditioning. This is a large 1 bedroom unit with private entrance off the South Side of the building.

Included in your rent is water, sewer and trash. 12-month leases starting at $535.00 per month (this is slightly higher due to this being a larger unit and having washer / dryer connections). There is a $30.00 application fee, and the deposit is based off your background, but generally $100-$500.

You may choose to place a $200.00 deposit on an apartment to guarantee its availability. The $200.00 will go towards your move in expense.
