Preference is given to Artists in the selection process for 2nd St. Lofts.
INCOME QUALIFICATIONS APPLY FOR RESIDENCY

1 Person - Under $27,480/ year
2 Persons - Under $31.380 / year
3 Persons - Under $35,280 / year
4 Persons - Under $39,180 / year
5 Persons - Under $42,360 / year

Max of 75 points will be awarded and scored by a Local Artist Board. Points will be awarded for:
• Submitting a portfolio
• Commitment to craft/art
• Commitment to community involvement
• Level of experience/training.

CREATIVE ENGAGEMENT CENTER
The ground floor will offer a public-use space to foster the creative entrepreneurial spirit. Designed as flex space, the CEC will be able to host gallery space, meeting space, presentation resources, and a storefront with first preference to residents. Residents and the public alike will benefit from rich programming to feed the creative soul with a wide-ranging scope soon to be announced.
