Pet Policy:
Dogs under 55lbs are allowed with the exception of the following:
Pit Bulls
American Staffordshire Terriers
Rottweilers
Wolf Breeds
Presa Canario
Shar Pei
or anything predominantly mixed with the above listed breed

One time non-refundable small dog fee is $300

One cat is permitted per unit for a pet fee of $300

Additional rent will be $20 per month per approved pet
