Residents pay for electric, gas, water, sewage and trash. Deposit is equal to the rent as is due at the lease signing. Application fee is $30/adult.

Pet Policy: Pets must be authorized. Cat fee is $20/month and must be over 6 months old. Dog fee is $40/month and must be over 12 months old and weigh under 30 lbs. There is a $300 refundable deposit/pet. There is a 2 pet limit.
